For teaching & learning teams in colleges, universities, and health-science programs

Redesign one course in 2 weeks — AI-ready and ready to teach next term.

Redesign one course in 2 weeks — AI-ready, aligned to the accreditation standards you share, and ready to teach next term.

A done-with-you sprint for deans, CTL directors, and department chairs whose faculty are being told to "use AI" without instructional design support. We bring the ID expertise, with minimal added faculty load.

Introductory cohort pricing — standard rates apply after the pilot. University departments, health-science programs, and multi-course sequences are welcome; that work runs through the Department Bundle or a scoped engagement.

What you get in 2 weeks

One course, redesigned end-to-end. Handed back ready to teach.

A Sprint fixes what the Health Check found. Alignment, Engagement and Experience are the three dimensions a single course can carry, and they are what a Sprint rebuilds.

  • Course map + learning objectives

Aligned to the accreditation standards you share and to how students actually learn.

  • Module-by-module redesign

Restructured for pacing, engagement, and clear assessment ties.

  • AI integration plan

Where AI belongs in your course — and where it doesn't. Faculty-friendly.

  • Assessment + rubric refresh

AI-resilient assessments and rubrics your faculty can defend.

  • Faculty enablement doc (Light Build)

One page per module so instructors can teach it without you in the room.

  • Handoff walkthrough

60-minute session with the faculty owner. Recorded. Yours to keep.

Scope is one course of up to 8 modules — a module being a unit with its own objectives, activities and assessment, whether your term runs 8 weeks or 16. Additional modules are $250 each at Alignment depth, $500 with media. Custom media production beyond the build, additional courses, and extra revision rounds are quoted separately.

We can build directly inside your LMS when access is granted, or deliver LMS-ready design documents if your policy keeps external users out of the course shell.

When an engagement involves LMS access, we work under confidentiality agreements, handle student data in line with FERPA, and never put student data into AI tools.

How the sprint runs

  1. 01

    Intake (Day 1)

60-minute kickoff with the faculty owner. We map goals, current pain points, existing content, and assessments.

  2. 02

    Redesign (business days 2–8)

We draft the course map, module structure, activities, and assessments. Two async check-ins for faculty feedback.

  3. 03

    Handoff (business days 9–10)

Final walkthrough for every Sprint. Light Build includes the faculty enablement doc and a 30-day follow-up.

Intake

Day 1

  • ✓Kickoff with faculty owner
  • ✓Materials received
  • ✓Milestone: sprint clock starts

Course map

Days 2–4

  • ✓Outcomes rewritten
  • ✓Assessment map
  • ✓Milestone: course map approved

Build

Days 5–8

  • ✓Modules + activities
  • ✓Rubrics + AI policy

Handoff

Days 9–10

  • ✓Recorded walkthrough
  • ✓Compliance flag notes

The two-week clock starts once we've received your course shell, syllabus and assessments, and pauses if feedback on a check-in runs beyond two business days — so the timeline never slips while we're waiting.

Who does the work

Course mapping in action.

Every sprint is led by senior instructional designers and supported by a bench that includes former higher-education directors, doctoral-level researchers, learning experience designers, and our MFA-led media production team — each bringing a decade or more in their own discipline.

That experience is paired with studio-quality instructional media capabilities and compliance review notes on every deliverable, so what your faculty receive is design-ready, teachable, and defensible.

A note on compliance: we map your course to the accreditation standards you share with us and flag risks we see — regular and substantive interaction, attendance and credit-hour practices, accessibility. Those findings are flags for your review; final determinations rest with your compliance and financial aid offices.

Pilot pricing

Introductory cohort pricing for institutions joining our initial redesign cohort. Standard rates apply after the pilot.

Alignment Sprint

$2,500

One course · Alignment depth

  • Course map + learning objectives
  • Module structure & activity design
  • AI integration plan
  • Assessment + rubric refresh
  • Handoff walkthrough with the course's instructor, recorded

Light Build

Recommended

$4,500

One course · Light Build depth

Alignment deliverables

  • Course map + learning objectives
  • Module structure & activity design
  • AI integration plan
  • Assessment + rubric refresh
  • Handoff walkthrough with the course's instructor, recorded

Media & production assets

  • Up to 6 studio-quality instructional video pieces and 2 interactive learning objects, placed where the redesign shows they'll do the most work — not distributed evenly across modules
  • AI-assisted drafts (scripts, prompts, quiz banks; no student data)
  • Instructor enablement doc, one page per module
  • 30-day follow-up check-in

Media is placed by the findings, not by quota. Where a course needs fewer pieces than the build allows, we say so and put the capacity into what the redesign actually calls for.

Department Bundle

$7,500

Three courses · Alignment depth

  • Three Alignment Sprints
  • Cross-course consistency read — what the three share, where they diverge, and where that variance is costing students
  • Phased delivery across 4–6 weeks, run concurrently or staggered per department schedule

A single course cannot show variance. Three can — which is why the bundle includes a read no individual Sprint can produce.

The two-week Sprint is optimized for high-enrollment and accelerated courses. Departments in universities and health-science programs, and sequences that run across several courses, are fully supported — via the Department Bundle, Light Build across multiple courses, or a Program Diagnostic across a full programme, each scoped to the work. Start with a scoping call.

Health Check credit

Already completed a Health Check? The full $1,500 is credited toward a Light Build or a Department Bundle booked within 90 days of your findings report, or $750 toward a single Alignment Sprint. If your next full term begins after that window closes, the credit holds until it does. Credits expire 180 days from the date of your findings report.

Grant funding

Sprints can be scoped to fit grant-funded initiatives — Title III, Perkins V, and student-success grants. We'll help you frame deliverables against your grant's goals.

Beyond one course

Working across a sequence or department?

A multi-course Program Diagnostic reviews all five dimensions across several courses — including instructor support, section-to-section consistency, student voice, and aggregate outcomes — and is scoped individually.
